This is a one off 1963 USAC (UNITED STATES AUTOMOBILE CLUB) National Midget Championship winner. The driver was Bob Wente who was a visitor to Australian speedcar racing in the sixties. He was inducted into the USAC Hall of Fame in 2014 & still has the 3rd greatest Midget race record in US Midget racing history. 1961 Ausper Formula Junior T3 Chassis: T 304-2 Very rare Ausper Formula Junior, likely to be one of only two remaining cars. Recently campaigned in the FJHRA/HSCC Silverline UK Championship although eligible for many other events worldwide. The car has current HTP (see images above) and has just been fitted with a newly rebuilt Richardson engine which has been dynoed at almost 130 bhp.
