1999 Honda Civic EK
Hi, for sale is my EK1 Civic with EK4 facelift. I don't particularly want to sell it, but having 3 projects cars and renovations on the go at the same time something has to give.
Pros:
- Overall it's a great little car and has been modified to be either a fun street car or to be competitive on the track.
- Has all the fruit you could want. Everything is done, just get in and drive.
- Qualifies for Vic historic registration next year.
- Engine is registered to the chassis.
Cons:
- It's a 25 year old car and has it's share of scratches, so long as you're not expecting a new car you won't be disappointed.
- Possum bourne jumped on the roof when my mate owned the car. My painter said it would be right to come out with PDR (photo with it circled).
- Some surface rust around the boot hinges, common for EKs.

Since I've owned it I have had the gearbox rebuilt by Razz Automotive in Glen Waverley and they added a Wavetrac LSD and Ogura clutch at the time. I also put the Momo 330mm wheel in it and Velo buckets and there are six point Velo harnesses that also come with the car. The battery isn't holding voltage, but it's 6 years old and I've a new full river unit to pick up when the shops open up again on after Easter. There's a bunch of spares that come too, headlights, shocks, buddyclub axel back exhaust, plus others.
Overall it's great, honest, fun car that's a hoot to drive. I'm looking for $19k ONO with Vic registration to end-Nov 2024 or $18.5k ONO for interstate buyers. Car is located in Flemington, VIC
