The Ford GT40 is arguably one of the most iconic and recognisable high performance race cars to ever exist. This Australian made 2007 DRB Replica has been modified to become a truly unique build with approximately 2500 Man hours of design and modification carried out by Racecraft Engineering. Fully engineered and modification plated this stunning example is ready to turn key and drive.

Exterior Overview
Finished in a Silver and blue Race stripe theme this GT-40 Replica just screams race car and draws the attention of everyone in the vicinity. Based on a DRB Tubular Chassis & fibreglass bodywork modifications have been made including reshaped tail section for rear tail lights, modified rear hood covering and a 1.6mm stainless steel plate has been fitted to cover the underside of the vehicle. This exterior is tied together nicely with KWC Forged Wheels with 9.5×19′′ on the front & sporting 11.5×19′′ on the rear.

Interior Overview
Open the drivers door and you are greeted by an overwhelming race car feeling, with custom made seats finished in leather and Alcantara with retractable Momo racing harnesses. A Momo Steering wheel puts you in control along with staging lighting. Some modern luxuries have been added for when this GT40 is not flying around the track including a 7 inch LCD Monitor, reversing camera & air-conditioning. An internally fitted roll cage has also been fitted and is well hidden beneath trim work and panelling.

Mechanical Overview
Powered by a stroked 363ci Cleveland build by Russell Jones Engines this mean machine produces 630bhp @ 7500 rpm. This vehicle shifts & handles like it should with a Porsche G50 five speed transmission with a Quafe modified clutch plate/ assembly and Ibark adjustable suspension. Stopping is no issue with Alcon Brakes front & rear with 375mm 6 pot and 343mm 4 pot respectively. Turn the key and the rumbling roar flowing through the RJ engines custom exhaust system is guaranteed to put a smile on any face.
